“Redefining Disability Awareness for Positive Visitor Interactions”
Understanding the needs of our visitors is essential for creating positive visitor experiences. In preparation of March’s Disability Awareness Month, our 2014 kick-off session will focus on learning more about common customer service needs of people with disabilities, and effective methods of reacting and responding to their requests for accommodations. Jennifer Akers, our guest speaker from Family Voices Indiana, will share information about the many ways we can anticipate and prepare for interactions with people who have disabilities.
