About This Event


Like all of our Boot Camp classes, in the Spring Into Summer Boot Camps, you will get an exhausting, total-body workout that increases all aspects of your fitness using classic calisthenics, weight training and a never-give-up mental attitude. Have fun getting ready for summer!

Classes run April and May:

Mondays 2:30 - 3:30 pm with Tony

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30 pm with Emily

Fridays 10:30 - 11:30 am with Stephanie
