John-Demian Sauer, Ph.D., assistant professor at the department of medical microbiology and immunology at the School of Medicine and Public Health at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, will present a seminar from 4 to 5 p.m. Thursday, May 22, in the VanNuys Medical Science Building, Room 326.

Dr. Sauer will present “Mechanisms and Consequences of Listeria Monocytogenes Lysis in Macrophages Cytosol.”

This event is being hosted by Henrique Serezani, Ph.D., and presented by the Department of Microbiology and Immunology.

Refreshments will be served outside Room 420 at 3:30 p.m.
