SUMMER I – 5 weeks (May 19 – June 19)  Rookie Prep —Mon / Wed 10-11a  Collegiate—Tues / Thurs – 10-11a

SUMMER II – 5 weeks (July 7 – Aug 7)  Rookie Prep —Mon / Wed 10-11a  Collegiate—Tues / Thurs – 10-11a 

ROOKIE PREP— “Athleticism. Strength. Technique.” (Ages 16-19) The Rookie Prep curriculum is designed to develop athleticism, strength, power, speed and agility this program mirrors a D1 collegiate program. COLLEGIATE— “Performance. Speed. Strength.” (Ages 19 and up) The Collegiate curriculum builds upon current foundations in strength, power, speed, quickness and agility.

COST: $15/each OPEN TRAINING SESSION ($12/each for a six-session package).  This is not a camp. You can come and go as your schedule allows and are not obligated to all of the weeks in either Summer I or Summer II.
