          About This Event

          Summary

          The IUPUI Center for Research and Learning will present the fifth annual Summer Research Program Poster Symposium from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, July 25, in the Ballroom at University Tower.

          This event will include presentations from undergraduate students engaged in summer research under the mentorship of IU School of Medicine faculty through programs including the IU Simon Cancer Center Summer Research Program and IUPUI Women in Science Program.

          Student registration will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30, with the first set of poster presentions scheduled from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. A second set of poster sessions is scheduled from 1:50 to 2:50 p.m. A participant recognition ceremony will be from 3 to 4 p.m.

          IUSCC Summer Research Program participants will also deliver oral presentations from 10 a.m. to noon July 25 in the Tower Ballroom. Presenter names and presentation titles are online.

          High school students participating in research in IUSM labs through Indianapolis Project Seed will also present a poster session from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 24, in the VanNuys Medical Science Building atrium. For more information, visit http://events.iupui.edu/event/?event_id=10907.
