Classes meet 1day/wk for 4 weeks.
Tuesday 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Thursday 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Thursday 6:00-7:00 p.m. (Advanced Class)
Saturday 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Additional FREE classes for Women on Weights participants only!
60 minute cardio and stretch class Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Get ready to have fun and:
Gain core strength and stability
Build muscle tone and gain strength
Decrease your risk of injury & the risk for osteoporosis
Learn the fundamentals of a safe & effective exercise
1 class per week: Members- $79; Non-members- $99
(Only $19.75 for a 1 hour group training session for members!)
2 classes per week: Members- $120; Non-members- $160
(Only $15 for a 1 hour group training session for members!)
