Cheryl Hall-Russell, CEO of Indiana Youth Services Association
Ms. Hall-Russell, a graduate of the Schools of Liberal Arts and Public and Environmental Affairs, leads the IYSA, a statewide membership nonprofit focusing on delinquency prevention. The co-author of two books on philanthropy, she also has written numerous columns for the Indianapolis Star and is completing a novel.
