This a 6 week program begins the week of October 12. These classes are designed specifically and only for post-surgery bariatric patients. Every class is instructed by one of our degreed and certified personal trainers and is individualized to meet every participants needs and abilities. Each class will focus on strength training, core training, balance and building endurance while teaching participants how to make exercise a part of their lifestyle.

30 Minute Classes Designed for Patient\'s at least 6 months Post Surgery

Monday & Thursday 6:30-7:00 p.m.

Meeting 1 day/week: $30

Meeting 2 days/week: $48

60 Minute Classes Designed for Patient\'s at least 12 months Post Surgery

Monday & Thursday 7:00-8:00 pm

Meeting 1 day/week: $60

Meeting 2 days/week: $96
