A JagDay is a one-day campus visit experience designed to introduce prospective students to specific academic programs, the IUPUI campus, and community life in downtown Indianapolis. You are on the IUPUI campus for a day long program packed with lots of great information to help you make the best college decision. The Informatics JagDay includes: Informatics: This event will introduce students to the unique technology-focused undergraduate degrees in Media Arts and Science, Informatics, and Health Information Administration. Participants will find out about the industry - where our students are working and interning - as well as how technology prepares students to be creative problem solvers and incorporate new uses for technology in various fields. The Media Arts and Science degree offers tracks in Integrated Media – Web-Design, Web-Development, and Interactivity; Digital Storytelling – Animation, Game Design, and Sequential Art; Video and Sound Production – Video and Sound production, editing, and special effects; and Computer Science Application Design – Advanced Programming, Software Project Management, E-Commerce, and Web Game Development.
