A JagDay is a one-day campus visit experience designed to introduce prospective students to specific academic programs, the IUPUI campus, and community life in downtown Indianapolis. You are on the IUPUI campus for a day long program packed with lots of great information to help you make the best college decision. The Public & Environmental Affairs JagDay includes: Criminal Justice: This major encompasses the history, operations and implications of criminal justice in America. You will be trained to address pressing societal needs related to law enforcement, the judicial system, corrections and national security. Environmental Health Science: This major integrates the environmental and health sciences with management and public policy. Health Services Management: Give yourself a foundation in business while sharpening your expertise in the growing health care industry. Public Affairs – Civil Leadership – Pre Law: Give yourself the foundation for a leadership role in a variety of fields within the nonprofit, public and private sectors. You will be trained to manage staff and fiscal resources. Public Affairs – Management: Give yourself the foundation for a leadership role in a variety of fields within the nonprofit, public and private sectors. You will be trained to manage staff and fiscal resources. Public Affairs – Policy Studies will give you the foundation for a leadership role in a variety of fields within the nonprofit, public and private sectors. You will be trained to manage staff and fiscal resources. Public Safety Management: This area of study will train you for a leadership role in the management of life-saving public services, including fired and EMT, disaster preparedness, homeland security, and private sector security.
