Withdrawal from registered courses in the current semester will receive either a grade of 'W' or 'F' (instructor/advisor determination). Withdrawal requires both instructor and academic advisor signatures. Forms are available from academic advisors and schools. Completed forms must be submitted in person to the Office of the Registrar.
