Occupational Therapy is a health care field that is about assisting individuals in the tasks of daily living, bringing independence to those with physical or emotional challenges.

Physical Therapy is about rehabilitation after injury; physical therapists assist patients in the use of their body to perform daily tasks and return individuals to healthy functioning.
