The degree requires 34 credit hours and can be completed in two or three years. Courses are offered at night to accommodate working professionals. M.A. in Sports Journalism: Opportunities for sports journalism master’s students abound in Indianapolis, a city that is home to dozens of professional and amateur sports organizations. You’ll learn by doing real-world projects, working with established journalists at internships, networking with visiting professionals, and more. The 30-credit-hour program is ideal for graduating seniors and professionals with a few years of experience. No thesis is required and you can complete your degree in one or two years.
