The IU School of Medicine Spring Faculty Meeting will be from4 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, in the Riley Outpatient Center auditorium.

Each semester, the IUSM faculty gather to discuss issues of importance to the group at large. This semester's event will include a presentation on the Curricular Reform process by Maryellen Gusic, M.D., executive associate dean for educational affairs and Dolores and John Read Senior Professor in Medical Education and professor of pediatrics. This event will be available via live webstream.

For a site to participate in this meeting via Video Conference from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26. Participants must dial into meeting room 24110.

If a site has any issues connecting to the meeting or during the meeting they should call the HELP DESK at 812-856-2020.

From a IU videoconferencing endpoint, quick dial by entering 24110 and then push the call button on your remote control. A non-IU videoconferencing endpoint can use the portal to connect to a conference on IU's Video Bridge by following these steps:

1. Connect to the IU Guest Portal at: 156.56.240.9

2. Activate your touch tone screen, on some systems this is the # key, and press 1 to "Dial a Conference Number."

3. Enter the full conference number, followed by “#” (e.g., " 24110# )

4. Press “#” again to place the call.

To connect to a videoconference by telephone, you must call the Auto Attendant and enter the conference code and PIN (if required):

1. Dial the Auto Attendant: 812-856-7060.

2. Enter the conference code number, followed by the # key.  24110 followed by the #key

3. Controlling the Conference View (Layout) in a Video Bridge Connection:

4. Press the "far" button on your remote control.

5. Press the "up/down" buttons to cycle through the available views.

6. Press the “near” button once you find a view you like
