About This Event

Summary

Each year, the Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development partners with the Office of Academic Administration and the school's Promotion & Tenure committee to offer a series of information sessions on the promotion and tenure process.

This session will provide a broad overview of the process, including information about how to prepare your dossier.

Participants are strongly encouraged to visit the Promotion and Tenure website PRIOR to attending the session.

This program is also available via a video bridge for regional campus participants, but registration is still required.

Instructions for the Video Bridge:

From a IU videoconferencing endpoint:

Quick dial by entering 22107.  Then push the call button on your remote control.

A non-IU videoconferencing endpoint can use the portal to connect to a conference on IU's Video Bridge by following these steps:

1. Connect to the IU Guest Portal at: 156.56.240.9

2. Activate your touch tone screen, on some systems this is the # key, and press 1 to "Dial a Conference Number."

3. Enter the full conference number, followed by “#” (e.g., " 22107# )

4. Press “#” again to place the call. If a site has any issues connecting to the meeting or during the meeting they should call the HELP DESK at 812-856-2020.
