          About This Event

          Summary

The American Lung Association and the National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS) have joined together to bring you a FREE nine-session training program. Workouts are lower body conditioning and cardio workouts geared toward climbing stairs.  All fitness levels are welcome as workouts are tailored to various levels of ability. You do NOT need to be a member of NIFS to participate.  You just need to be registered for the Fight For Air Climb event.

By joining the Fight for Air Climb, you are making the commitment to fight lung disease so everyone can breathe easier- including you!   Families, friends, individuals and companies join together in a climb to raise awareness for the 1 million Hoosiers affected by lung disease. Participants work together to fundraise.
