The Office of Student Employment proudly presents the second annual Excellence in Professionalism (EIP) series geared toward training and educating students on professionalism. This program is free, is open to all undergraduate students!

The workshops are free and open to all IUPUI students with no previous sign up necessary.  You are not required to be in the program to attend the workshops.

By the end of this session students should be able to:

Define Conflict

Find common goals in conflict

Understand the role perception plays in conflict

Identify defense mechanisms

Accept responsibility

identify the tools to use to resolve conflicts professionally
