Midterms are over. Spring Break has gone. But finals seem to be right around the corner! Need to gauge your stress level and learn about the best ways to reduce stress and anxiety? Visit us on April 9th in the Campus Center (CE 148) from 10am-4pm or Ball Residence Hall from 11am-2pm! Fill out a brief questionnaire about anxiety and discuss results with a CAPS counselor.
