          About This Event

          Summary

          On Friday, May 10th, we will have our first candidate on campus for the IUPUI position of Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion: Karen Dace. Dr. Dace will give a presentation to faculty, staff, students, and community members on 5/10/13 from 2:30-3:15 pm in the Administration Building, 355 N. Lansing Street, room 103, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Visitors can park in the Vermont Street garage for a fee: 1004 W. Vermont Street: https://www.parking.iupui.edu/parking.information.garages.do.

          Dr. Dace is currently an associate professor and deputy chancellor in the Division of Diversity, Access, and Equity at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She received a BA in liberal arts in 1981 from the University of Illinois-Chicago, MA in mass communications in 1983 from the University of Illinois-Chicago, and PhD in communication studies in 1990 from the University of Iowa.
