The sixth annual Political Networks Workshops and Conference, “Political Networks in an Interdisciplinary World,” will be June 26-29 at the Indiana Memorial Union in Bloomington, IN.
The purpose of the conference and workshops is to enhance the study of networks by understanding the political dimensions of emerging socio-technical networks as well as the policy implications of networks in other domains such as medicine and health care.
Speakers included Chris McCarty, program director for the Directorate for Social, Behavioral and Economic Sciences at the National Science Foundation and director of the Bureau of Economic and Business Research at the University of Florida. This conference will interest anyone in the fields of political science, sociology, economics, informatics, complex systems, public administration, medicine and health care.
Registration is $125 for faculty, $100 for graduate and post-doctoral students, $75 for IU faculty and $50 for IU graduate students. The registration deadline is Thursday, June 20.
