          About This Event

          Summary

Can future policy decisions make communities happier? Strengthen economies through a focus on contentment? Innovate the well-being of cities? A developing area of study assesses the impact of entrepreneurship, innovations, happiness and equality on individual and community well-being and considers how those factors affect overall prosperity. Join thought leaders of this new research at “Well-being and Innovation: A Panel Discussion” on Monday, November 4, at 5-7 p.m., in Lilly Auditorium of University Library (UL 0130).

          Featured panelists include:

          • Dan Breznitz - Munk Professor of Innovation Studies, University of Toronto

          • Don Coursey - Ameritech Professor of Public Policy, University of Chicago

          • Erin Krupka - Assistant Professor of Information, University of Michigan

          • Donald Kuratko - Jack M. Gill Chair of Entrepreneurship, Indiana University

          • Ryan Streeter - Senior economic policy advisor to Gov. Mike Pence
