The Art of Stepping will be on campus to offer a two hour workshop on the fundamentals of stepping and strolling. Stepping has been an African American tradition adopted by historically Black Fraternities and Sororities and more recently Latino/a Fraternities and Sororities. This workshop will offer an opportunity to learn the history of stepping and its influence on and by the Afro-Latino community. The Art of Stepping is a nationally renowned organization founded in New York that does stepping workshops with kids in grades K-12 as well as workshop training with fraternities and sororities across the country. http://www.artofstepping.com/
